1.Subject
These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between the company STODERMA, whose headquarters are located at Rue 62127, Z.I. Ibn Khaldoun, 2062 El Omrane Supérieur, Tunis, Tunisia, and any professional placing an order through the dedicated space on the website https://stoderma.com.
2.Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur.
The photographs are not contractually binding.
3.Order
Orders are placed exclusively through the secure professional area.
The client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.
4.Price
The prices displayed in the professional area are in Tunisian Dinars (TND), excluding taxes (excl. VAT)
STODERMA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
5.Payment Terms
Payments may be made according to the agreed terms (bank transfer, check, etc.).
The order will only be processed after receipt of payment or order confirmation according to the contractual agreement.
6.Delivery
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.
A delay cannot justify the cancellation of the order nor give rise to damages.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
7.Claims and Returns
Any claim must be made within 48 hours after receipt of the order.
No returns will be accepted without prior written agreement from STODERMA.
8.Liability
STODERMA cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use or misuse of delivered products.
9.Retention of Title
The products remain the property of STODERMA until full payment of the invoice.
10.Personal Data
The personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with STODERMA’s privacy policy.
11.Force Majeure
STODERMA’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, etc.) preventing proper execution of services.
12.Applicable Law and Jurisdictio
These General Terms of Sale are governed by Tunisian law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of STODERMA’s registered office.
